ROLE SUMMARY: As a Visual Creative Lead, you'll turn strategy into stories people can see. You'll lead the visual vision behind key brand programsbringing ideas to life through insight-driven concepts, exceptional craft, and compelling storytelling from brief to execution. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Lead the visual development of campaigns from brief through launch. Pitch bold, conceptual ideas grounded in strategy. Own the visual direction of key brand programs. Build compelling presentation decks and visual narratives. Present and defend creative decisions with clarity and confidence. Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and production partners. Organize creative assets through pre-production and execution. Drive cohesive visual rollouts across channels. As a Visual Orchestrator Build visual systems with intention and strategic rationale. Curate, refine, and elevate every creative output. Ensure every design decision supports the core idea.
