Position Summary... The Walmart Data Ventures team focuses on unlocking the full potential of Walmarts data by developing and delivering B2B data solutions that enable merchants and suppliers to make informed, timely decisions. This team drives the transformation of data productization from concept through deployment, collaborating across functions to meet business goals. Program Managers are accountable for managing complex programs, building strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously improving processes. The team values clear communication, strategic planning, and leadership to support innovation and operational excellence in a dynamic environment. The team leads Data Foundation programs by coordinating enterprise-level discussions to enhance data asset value. They facilitate technical collaboration, support data analysis, and deliver detailed Airtable reports. Working cross-functionally, the team builds strong stakeholder relationships to align objectives and ensure accountability. They emphasize continuous improvement, monitor program performance, and communicate progress clearly to leadership. With a focus on effective project management and cross-functional leadership, the team fosters a results-oriented environment that supports strategic initiatives and drives measurable business outcomes aligned with organizational goals. What you'll do... Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, prioritize critical issues, and ensure timely resolution and delivery of milestones. Monitor program performance through data analysis, key performance indicators, and return-on-investment assessments to drive continuous improvement. Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and high performance. Communicate progress and prepare performance reports for senior leadership, managing expectations and building trust. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting a culture of integrity and respect. What you'll bring... Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 2 years experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area Experience managing large cross-functional teams and complex projects and programs Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with clear structure, ownership, and measurable outcomes Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence without authority and build trust across teams Ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-moving environments, balancing multiple workstreams with clarity and focus Analytical mindset with experience using data, KPIs, and ROI to assess performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to operational rigor, compliance, and ethical standards Preferred Qualifications: Experience in product operations, release management, product strategy, process improvement, data analytics, or tech start-ups Experience using the following tools: Airtable and Jira Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PgmP etc.) Experience bringing a SaaS or data product to market At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
