What You'll Do: Lead daily operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive practice environment Drive practice success by achieving production and collection goals Oversee patient experience, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction Support and mentor staff, fostering teamwork, growth, and accountability Manage financial arrangements to help patients access the care they need Maintain insurance carrier relationships and oversee billing processes Submit payroll accurately and on time Implement office protocols and workflows to enhance efficiency What Were Looking For: A minimum of 2 years of experience in dental or healthcare management Bachelors degree is a plus Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills A self-motivated, proactive mindset with a commitment to excellence Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with patients and staff Whats in It for You?
