What You'll Do: The Electronic Services Specialist is responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient processing of RDC transactions, in addition to incoming & outgoing domestic ACH transactions, including, but not limited to, non-post, disputes, suspended files, and research, in accordance with bank policy, directives and procedures. Minimize /eliminates potential loss to Wintrust Financial Banks through understanding of Federal, REG E, and NACHA regulations that govern financial transfer transactions. Monitor, review and process ACH transactions from incoming non-post reports and perform duties as needed to ensure work is processed in a timely, efficient manner and meets all established guidelines. Performs ACH related research and response to internal and external financial transaction inquiries, other department inquires, and various requests that must be addressed in a timely and accurate manner. Perform end of day RDC procedures to ensure successful and accurate closing of banks, for consumer and business remote deposit capture activity. Handle inbound/outbound phone calls as required Monitor status, reset and release of suspended ACH files, and ensure all communications lines are functional and resolved of any problems with appropriate vendors. Implements immediate problem resolution process for system issues. Provides support to other Bank department team members including but not limited to resolving or escalation of issue. Assist with system testing, upgrades & troubleshooting of system issues Regulations that govern ACH and disputed transactions.
