Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories seeks an Account Coordinator to support our Sales and Customer Service division in our South Central region. We are looking for a values-driven, positive, and motivated professional who embodies strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and will strive to provide excellent service to our customers. As an Account Coordinator, a typical day might include the following: Providing world-class customer care to both internal and external customers. Engaging in regional customer support activities, including accurate entry of orders & quotes, RMA's, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications. Communicating with customers and sales representatives on deliverables and any additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers. Completing and passing required Customer Service Representative process certifications provided by SEL. Using judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems. Assisting with customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction. Order office supplies, coordinate internal and customer meetings, and provide administrative/office support as needed. This job might be for you if you have: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. An associate degree or related business experience. A bachelors degree is preferred. Strong computer skills. The ability to travel regionally up to 10% of the time. The ability to learn concepts and technical details of products. Strong writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills. The ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities. The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Experience with ERP or CRM tools. Experience in a technical sales environment. Location This position is located in Lakewood, CO. Pay Range Data We anticipate filling this position as a Customer Service Representative at $26.75 - $30.00 per hour. Our salary ranges are determined by job and responsibility.
