We are seeking Horticultural Leaders to join our Fine Gardening Team Responsibilities: Ensure Crew members understand and follow company policies, procedures, and work standards. Act as a resource and liaison to our clients while at the job site. Provide on-the-job training to new and current Crew Members and Crew Leaders in Training. Coordinate all work activities at the job site with respect to timeframe, safety, and skills and capabilities of individual Crew Members Monitor the quality of all work performed by the crew and provide guidance and correction, as necessary. Requirements: Horticulture Degree or Certificate (or related field) A bachelors degree is preferred.
