Pilates Instructor/ Sculpt and Tone Instructor Location: The Club at Ruby Hill: Pleasanton, CA Reports To: Director of Health & Wellness The Pilates Instructor is responsible for leading group Pilates classes for members of the Golf Club at Ruby Hill. They will maintain a clean and organized fitness environment, ensuring each member has a pleasant experience while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and member relations. Responsibilities: Lead group Pilates classes for members of varying skill levels, providing instruction, motivation, and modifications as needed to ensure a safe and effective workout experience. Regularly clean and sanitize Pilates equipment and studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Organize equipment and props to maintain a safe and efficient exercise environment. Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all members and guests. Greet members by name, assist with any inquiries or concerns, and strive to exceed their expectations for a positive fitness experience. Demonstrate professionalism at all times, including punctuality, adherence to dress code, and adherence to club policies and procedures. Treat all members with respect and courtesy, fostering a supportive and encouraging fitness community. Qualifications: Must hold a current certification from a recognized Pilates certification program. Previous experience teaching group Pilates classes preferred. Strong understanding of Pilates principles, techniques, and equipment. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively instruct, motivate, and inspire members of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive experiences for members and guests. Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fitness or hospitality setting.
