Job Description Summary As a Landscaper at Walmarts new Home Office, youll help shape and maintain the outdoor spaces that welcome associates and visitors every day. About the Landscaping Team: Our Landscaping Team plays a vital role in creating outdoor spaces that are both inviting and sustainable. As part of the team, youll directly influence how our green spaces look, feel, and function for everyone who visits. What youll do: Own and manage assigned landscape areas, using horticulture methods and techniques. Plant, cultivate, fertilize, water, and prune flowers, plants, and trees to keep spaces thriving. Perform routine landscape maintenance, including perennial cutbacks, managing weeds, blowing leaves, mulching, and anything else required to keep the properties looking exceptional. Identify and resolve pest or disease issues using appropriate solutions. Partner with teammates to coordinate assignments, share resources, and meet goals. What youll bring: 13 years of experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture. Knowledge of planting, pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest/disease management. Ability to use garden tools and apply horticulture practices effectively. Strong collaboration and communication skills to support team success.
