What you can expect: PGIM is offering an exciting 10 week summer internship for an undergraduate student, supporting the Global Business Management Team. The Global Business Management team is responsible for driving key business initiatives that will shape the growth and evolution of PGIMs global Real Estate debt and equity businesses. The intern will assist the team in deploying strategic and technology initiatives across the business, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and follow up on these initiatives. This role will help develop project management, communication, and technical skills. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Collaborate with business management and innovation teams to help design, coordinate, and implement internal projects to support strategic and technology initiatives. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to advance business objectives and assist with project planning and execution. Support project documentation, scheduling meetings, and managing communications to ensure alignment and collaboration among all parties involved. Prepare and present an end-of-internship report that highlights the impact of your work on key projects, detailing specific contributions to business management activities and innovation initiatives. What youll need: Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027 Minimum GPA of 3.2 Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
