A1 Sewer & Drain, A Groundworks Company, is seeking talented Customer Service Representatives to join our tribe in Virginia Beach, VA! A1 Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact our customers have with our brand, whether they are inquiring about a new service, extending a membership, or seeking resolution. You will handle inbound and warm outbound calls (no cold calling!) to schedule plumbing service appointments for new and existing customers. Typical earnings of $18-20/hr ($14/hr base + $3 booking bonus per appointment scheduled with NO limit! Average = 2 appts/hr). Open availability within our hours of operation is required (Mon-Fri 7am-8pm, Sat 7am-7pm, Sun 8am-5:30pm). Evenings and weekends within these hours are worked on a rotating basis. Job Responsibilities: No cold calling! Handle inbound and warm outbound calls booking appointments for service in our plumbing division. Reschedule appointments as necessary. Maintain customer information within company software. All other duties as necessary. Qualifications Must be positive and motivated with excellent phone communications skills Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy. Must be comfortable using computers. Must have the ability to work rotating evenings and weekends as required within our hours of operation (Mon-Fri 7am-8pm, Sat 7am-7pm, Sun 8am-5:30pm).
