Summary of the Job: This position is responsible for researching and resolving internal and external requests for adjustments while supporting account information accuracy. The role requires strong cross-departmental collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and retention while ensuring compliance with bank policies, laws, regulations, and the BSA/AML program. About This Role: Key Responsibilities Core Functions Research and resolve adjustment and research requests with precision and timeliness Process and fulfill subpoena requests for Legal department Conduct balance reconciliation and research for General Ledger accounts Maintain organized warehouse storage of records Actively participate in daily Continuous Improvement MDI team processes Cross-Departmental Collaboration Serve as a liaison between operational departments and customer-facing teams Build and maintain productive working relationships with key internal partners including: Coporate Treasury Services (CTS) Retail Banking Legal First National Information Technology (FNIT) Other First National Operations (FNO) groups Audit and Compliance Collaborate with other financial institutions to resolve inter-bank inquiries Advocate for customers' interests across organizational boundaries Performance & Development Meet or exceed department accuracy and productivity standards Complete all assigned formal and on-the-job training to maintain role competency Contribute to process improvement initiatives across departmental boundaries Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing solutions that exceed expectations The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Basic Qualifications Education & Skills High School Diploma or GED Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient with PC/Microsoft Office applications Strong email communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation Work Style & Attributes Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a diverse, fast-paced environment Exercises sound judgment within established policies and guidelines Detail-oriented while understanding appropriate level of precision for each situation Effective multitasker capable of meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Collaborative team player who builds effective relationships across departments Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance Willing to work as part of a larger team Physical capability to lift 25-30 lbs. Collaboration Expectations Proactively communicate with stakeholders across multiple business units Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent department interests Share relevant information with appropriate teams to ensure alignment Maintain professional relationships that facilitate efficient problem resolution Demonstrate flexibility in supporting department priorities while meeting enterprise needs Willing to assist other outside groups in times of need Experienced with any of the following: Hogan, Foundation, Nautilus, PeopleSoft, TCM, Deluxe 360, Lockbox processes. Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $36,720.00-$58,752.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
