Job Description EBAD seeks a Test Technician located in the Moorpark, CA facility. Responsibilities The Test Technician position supports environmental and functional testing of development and production products. Duties include: Test evaluation, set-up and performance in accordance with procedures, MIL-STD's and industry specifications Equipment preventative maintenance and calibration Test data reporting Equipment troubleshooting and repair Requirements: Education: High School Diploma (Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred). Candidates must be able to work independently and interface with individuals at multiple levels in the organization. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving and communication skills are required. Candidates must be able to interpret and execute test requirements provided in written specifications. Knowledge of explosive materials and/or ordnance devices is beneficial. Experience working in an aerospace industry is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in a test lab environment conducting thermal and functional testing. Experience with equipment such as accelerometers, charge amplifiers, thermocouples, transducers, and oscilloscope is preferred. Strong technical aptitude and Microsoft excel proficiency Experience with Thermotron Programming is preferred. Compensation: Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year. Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
