The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $90,750-133,100/yr at the time of posting. Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Leverage data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that inform talent acquisition decisions. Innovate recruitment approaches, using technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage, and attract top talent Cultivate and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization, becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
