About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate on the Legal In-Take and Workflow team. In this role, you will: Coordinate Legal Department operations to support engagement with Enterprise Functions Execute programs, projects and business-specific processes to achieve operational objectives Perform business processes with an emphasis on operations administration Enhance efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness of operations, escalating issues when needed Provide subject matter expertise and procedural guidance to key business partners Oversee implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures and policies Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and define requirements for automation tools Support a range of business functions across multiple groups and lines of business Contribute to special projects and initiatives that align with department and division priorities, in addition to daily responsibilities Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with legal case management systems or workflow automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms) Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with legal staff, business partners, and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Experience managing intake queues and triaging requests with accuracy and urgency Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements Understanding of legal terminology and confidentiality requirements Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity Job Expectations: Position will require onsite presence Relocation assistance is not available for this position This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
