STV is seeking a sharp and coordinated individual to fill an Activation Support - Aviation to assist one of our Aviation clients in Houston, TX. This position will be fully onsite at our client site in Houston. Job Responsibilities include: Administrative & Documentation Provide administrative support to the ORAT program team, including scheduling and meeting coordination Maintain and organize ORAT documentation, reports, and program records in alignment with project management standards Track and manage correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up and response Project Coordination Support the ORAT Manager and team in the planning, monitoring, and execution of readiness activities Assist with tracking deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and project reporting tools Coordinate logistics for ORAT workshops, tabletop exercises, and training sessions Stakeholder Engagement Support communications by drafting memos, notices, and program updates Assist with stakeholder onboarding, including distribution of program materials and maintaining contact lists Logistics & Readiness Support Coordinate site access, badging, and orientation for staff and stakeholders Support logistics for trial operations, including volunteer coordination, materials preparation, and on-site support Assist with tracking issues and resolutions during testing and trial phases Required Experience: 8 years+ experience working as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager in a busy office atmosphere Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience Proficiency in Microsoft ® Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Self-motivated decision maker and problem solver Strong planning, organizational and communication skills Client-focused and a strong work ethic Compensation Range: $51,812.00 - $69,083.00 Dont meet every single requirement?
