What You'll Be Doing Operate yard loader to move and load bulk materials safely and efficiently Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs or safety concerns Assist with railcar and truck loading/unloading operations Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe operations Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material flow What Are We Looking For Skilled in operating heavy equipment in an industrial or outdoor setting Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Comfortable working in physically demanding and fast-paced environments Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and operational checks Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug, and background check Must meet company and regulatory safety standards Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
