Our team is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join them. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, North Carolina. To be considered for the Warehouse Supervisor opening, heres what youll need to bring with you: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience 2+ years in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environment experience Strong leadership and team development capabilities Thorough knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing setting Ability to understand the impact of process flow throughout the production process (vendors, manufacturing, office etc.) while implementing the solutions to identify discrepancies Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills are required Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S practices Knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, and aerospace regulatory compliance As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will: Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, kitting, storage, inventory control, and shipping Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management using ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP) Maintain compliance with aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100, FAA, ITAR) and internal policies Oversee material traceability, lot tracking, proper labeling, shelf-life tracking, and segregation of non-conforming items Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure material availability and schedule alignment Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize space, reduce waste, and increase efficiency Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies Prepare and present warehouse KPIs and operational reports to management Lead cycle counts and support year-end physical inventory audits Our Benefits: Comprehensive medical insurance Competitive PTO, holiday pay, and sick leave Company 401K plan with up to 4% matched contribution Annual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance) Flexible working arrangements Paid volunteering opportunities Access to mental health champions across our sites Commitment to development Employee referral program Salary Range $75,000 - $85,000/year, dependent upon experience #LI-Onsite EOE/Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/Veteran Compensation Pay Range $75,000 - $85,000/year, dependent upon experience Please click here to review Ontic's California Consumer Privacy Act policy.
