What We're Looking For: The Zebra Marketing Development Program (MDP) covers a variety of tasks under the scope and responsibility of the Chief Marketing Officer, such as marketing operations and intelligence, digital campaigns, performance marketing, and communications among other activities. This would include a six-month rotation in each of the roles after successful completion of the previous assignment This position is anticipated to begin in Summer 2027. Responsibilities: Performance Marketing and Channel Communications Works on digital campaign management including email marketing, digital paid media and lead generation and nurture. Builds content for partner newsletters and emails as well as assists with promotions and event communications. Contributes to webinar planning and execution and event sponsorship programs. Marketing Operations and Business Marketing Intelligence Participates in Marketing Planning Process (MPM), budgeting/financial operations, program management / change management activities and other special projects. Learns and contributes to Next Gen Reporting. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Pay Range: $54,640.00 - $81,960.00 Annual Incentive Compensation: In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
