We are seeking an Associate, Intake Coordinator to join our GWS Team. The GWS Threat Management Team (TMT) is responsible for the assessment and management of workplace violence prevention incidents, assessing external and internal threats, and supporting a variety of corporate and retail security threats and concerns. The Threat Management Team has oversight of policy, plans, training, screening, threat assessment and management, incident analysis, summary reporting and continuous review/mitigation of threats and workplace violence issues. The Associate, Intake Coordinator, Threat Management will be responsible for the intake and triage of workplace violence (WPV) concerns; direct and indirect threats against associates, assets, and the business which may include harassing and threatening communications, social media posts, and other incidents. The primary responsibilities of this role are: Review and triage all incoming threat related cases Evaluate threatening communications Leverage internal and external data to analyze threats Conduct exit risk reviews Conduct follow ups to ensure complete and accurate case information Collaborate with internal and external partners Manage confidential case data and other privileged information Decisioning on case type and ownership, frequently with limited information Enter reports into the case management system Maintain internal documentation Position requirements: Possess strong decision-making ability and pay close attention to detail Ability to receive communications regarding individuals who are frustrated, angry, or in crisis - ability to utilize critical thinking and communication skills to triage & prioritize a response and determine need for TMT assessment (credible threats, escalating behaviors, etc.) Ability to manage and prioritize several responsibilities at once Effectively share information with appropriate partners in a time sensitive manner Possess critical thinking skills Review current processes, contribute ideas for improvements, and own/partner on implementation Self-motivated and able to work autonomously Possess excellent written and verbal communication Possess a familiarity with retail bank and corporate office security Possess a high degree of integrity Successfully complete ongoing training in threat assessment and workplace violence Perform other related work as assigned Required Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 2 years of Customer Service experience At least 2 years of experience working with individuals in crisis or in a client-facing role requiring conflict resolution, de-escalation, or support services. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $80,100 - $91,400 for Associate Investigator Glen Allen, VA: $72,800 - $83,100 for Associate Investigator Richmond, VA: $72,800 - $83,100 for Associate Investigator Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
