Were searching for a Sales Operations Associate to join Team Snap! As a crucial member of our Intelligence & Data Architecture team within Sales Operations, you'll be at the heart of building powerful datasets and dashboards that drive insights and strategies, enhancing our sales processes and performance. Youll be a critical collaborator with our sellers, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners across Sales Ops, Product Marketing, Finance, and Data Science. The mission? Ensure everyone has the data and insights they need right at their fingertips, and trust they can come to you for support when further analysis is required. In a nutshell, youll be an expert in all things data for our revenue organization! What You'll Do: Build and maintain intuitive, impactful dashboards for sellers, managers, and leadership to support data-driven decision making Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines that feed our sales data warehouse, helping improve data reliability and accessibility Partner with Sales Strategy, CRM and other cross-functional teams to support key initiatives through clear, actionable analysis and reporting Support adoption of self-serve datasets and dashboards through documentation, stakeholder training, onboarding, and ongoing user support Monitor support channels for data warehouse and BI users, helping troubleshoot issues, manage access requests and permissions, resolve data discrepancies, and improve the overall user experience Identify opportunities to leverage AI agents, automation, and workflow tooling to streamline reporting processes, improve self-serve analytics, and help stakeholders access insights more efficiently Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing principles, with the ability to query, analyze, and manage data using platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar technologies Experience building scalable dashboards, reports, and shared datasets in Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools, ideally serving 100+ business stakeholders Ability to translate data into clear, actionable reporting and insights for business stakeholders, including both operational teams and leadership audiences Structured analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous business questions and define practical data-driven solutions Strong execution skills in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and proactively surface questions, risks, or blockers Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Sales Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience building reporting for Sales audiences, from frontline sellers and managers to senior leadership Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, especially Salesforce Sales Cloud Experience with data pipelines or orchestration tools, such as Apache Airflow or similar platforms If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please dont be shy and provide us some information. Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually. Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $102,000-$153,000 annually. Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $91,000-$137,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
