This role is ideal for someone with property tax, appraisal, or assessment experience who enjoys customer interaction and is excited to move into a presales, customerfacing advisory rolewhile staying closely connected to the tax, assessment, and valuation community. What Youll Do Deliver engaging live and virtual product demonstrations that align customer needs with Aumentums property tax and assessment solutions Partner closely with Sales Executives to support the full presales cycle, including discovery calls, demos, technical validation, and followup conversations Translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling business value for assessors, appraisal districts, valuation, and tax professionals Apply your domain expertise to build credibility and trust with publicsector stakeholders and decisionmakers Support inside sales efforts, including lead qualification, solution fit assessment, and pipeline development Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline tracking, forecasting, and sales reporting Share structured feedback with product and marketing teams based on customer insights, objections, and market trends Assist with webinars, conferences, and industry events as needed to support sales and brand awareness What Were Looking For Background or experience in property tax, appraisal, assessment, valuation, or related publicsector functions strongly preferred A consultative, technically fluent communicator who can bridge product functionality with realworld business challenges Interest in transitioning from practitioner or domain expert into a Sales Engineer / trusted technology advisor role Selfmotivated and comfortable working in a metricsdriven, growthstage sales environment Coachable, detailoriented, and motivated by measurable outcomes and customer success Comfortable collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams in a remotefirst environment At Harris, we believe great people build great software.
