Job Description: Pentair has a job opportunity for you! Join us as a Shipping Associate in Moorpark, CA. You will pick & prepare orders for shipping and utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items. Job Requirements: Packing incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages. Keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Picking orders as requested by management and ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area. Sealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders and signing pick tickets to confirm. Placing containers on pallets, and securing with stretch wrap, shrink wrap and strapping. Picking, placing, and Loading products by using Forklifts, Carts, and Pallet Jacks. Must have at least 1 year of prior forklift experience Forklift certified (stand up forklift and sit-down forklift) SAP/ERP experience is a plus Position hours/shifts available: 1st shift (6 AM start for 10-12 hours) Must be able to work up to 12 hours and on weekends. Physical Requirements: Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 30lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor. Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated hourly pay range for this role is $19.00-$22.00 per hour. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
