Job Description: This role is remote friendly. The Manager, Analytics will be part of a cross-functional team and is responsible for providing analytical support to both internal and external clients. The person in this position takes ownership by managing their workload and completing tasks with little structure. You will work seamlessly across multiple smaller clients or projects that help improve marketing performance. You will be an active participant on the business, constantly engaged and contributing ideas. You will report VP, Marketing Effectiveness Responsibilities: Analytics Execution Lead the development of monthly media and creative performance attribution reporting, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and business relevance. Access and compile large volumes of media, custom and syndicated data from disparate sources into concise and precise information Ensure data quality by identifying and resolving data discrepancies and reporting issues Build scalable dashboards and tools that translate raw data into actionable intelligence for client and internal teams. Collaboration & Communication Serve as a day-to-day analytics partner for client teams, addressing questions, clarifying insights, and supporting in-flight decision-making. Collaborate with media and strategy teams to embed measurement into planning, activation, and optimization. Create client-ready presentations and visualizations that simplify technical outputs into strategic recommendations. Team Support Mentor junior analytics staff, providing guidance in methodology, data visualization, and client communication. Uphold high standards of data quality, documentation, and delivery excellence across analytics projects. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in marketing/media analytics with a focus on attribution or reporting or media and creative performance preferred. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field, required. Experience in SQL and at least one statistical/programming language (Python or R preferred). Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker Studio. Strong understanding of media KPIs and digital measurement best practices. Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders. The annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
