In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, monitor resident health status, administer medications and treatments, and support residents' physical and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed Qualifications Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina Current CPR certification Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills What Makes You a Great Fit Compassion for an underserved population Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Dependable and professional Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare environment Apply today and join a team that values your skills, supports your growth, and appreciates the difference you make in the lives of our residents every day.
