Organization: SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley Position Overview: Provides advanced operational and process improvement support across department operations, serving as a senior service delivery specialist who supports complex and sensitive work. Leads process improvement, standardization, and deployment efforts to enhance efficiency, consistency, compliance, and the overall employee and leader experience. Partners across functions to design scalable workflows, implement automation and tools, and execute a forward-looking process and policy roadmap. Serves as a senior resource for complex operational work while driving continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual effort and enable sustainable, high-quality service delivery. Job Description: Candidate is expected to be on site 2-3 days a week or 8-10 days per month and must live a commutable distance to our office in Sacramento. EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 5 years recent relevant experience SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Demonstrated experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational transformation. Experience in operations, employee relations, or project support. Pay Range is $94,848.00 to $142,272.00 / annual salary The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
