Job Description Position Overview As a Corporate Recruiter at Invenergy, you will support the growth of our business by leading the full life cycle recruiting process for corporate positions. The Corporate Recruiter will partner closely with hiring leaders and their teams to build recruiting strategies, attract and assess talent, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. This is a full-time, in-office position based in downtown Chicago. Responsibilities Lead the full life cycle recruiting process for corporate positions Take a hands-on, consultative approach to partnering with internal hiring teams Proactively provide status updates and market insights to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process Develop and execute recruiting strategies in collaboration with leaders including passive recruitment efforts Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process Deliver Invenergys value proposition to candidates in a compelling way Screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting on recruiting progress and results Use sound, professional judgement in all interactions and foster an equal employment opportunity environment Participate in talent acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects. Support career fairs, networking events, information sessions, etc. as needed Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree Two (2+) years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment Experience using an enterprise applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Workday Proficient with sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and experience recruiting passive talent Excellent written and spoken communication skills Proven ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and hiring teams Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing requisitions, deadlines, and stakeholder needs Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for positions within energy, utilities or construction industry Engineering and/or executive recruiting experience Experience participating in process improvement initiatives for the recruiting function Knowledge of AI recruiting tools Base Pay $74,000 - $95,000 USD Annual Bonus: 15% The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills. In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
