Job Description The Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted partner to Managing Directors and Senior Managing Directors within the Blackstone Real Estate team by anticipating needs, exercising independent judgment, and delivering proactive, high-level support. The responsibilities include: Managing complex calendars, prioritizing internal and external meetings, coordinating with other assistants, and resolving scheduling conflicts across supported leaders. Serving as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper, handling calls and correspondence with professionalism, discretion, and sound decision-making. Anticipating leaders needs through adaptability and situational awareness across varying work styles and priorities. Providing high-touch support, including executive scheduling and occasional non-business matters, to maximize leaders time and effectiveness. Coordinating conference room bookings, meeting logistics, and visitor registration to ensure a seamless on-site experience. Organizing conferences and large-scale meetings, including schedules, materials, and vendor coordination. Arranging domestic and international travel, including flights, visas/passports, ground transportation, hotels, and detailed itineraries. Overseeing expense reporting, tracking receipts, and ensuring timely reimbursements. Maintaining Excel-based tracking systems to monitor projects, deadlines, and operational workflows. Assisting with team engagement initiatives, internal events, and special projects. Providing back-up coverage for other senior professionals and team members as needed. Qualifications Blackstone seeks individuals who thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrate strong judgment, and have a track record of excellence in prior roles. The successful candidate should have: 7+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives (C-suite or equivalent), ideally within private equity, real estate, or financial services. Exceptional emotional intelligence, collaboration skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to work autonomously while exercising discretion and sound decision-making on behalf of executives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with experience managing simultaneous responsibilities and deadlines. Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements; familiarity with Concur is preferred. A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Expected annual base salary range: $70,000 - $130,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses.
