Analysis of air related costs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible to monitor and ensure timely response to all email requests. Quoting customers and overseas agents. Maintain and post inland to gateway pricing. Prepare air quotations including creating customized quote formats. Maintain and distribute gateway pricing to overseas agents. Obtaining and maintaining overseas clearance, delivery, and import air freight costs from overseas agents. Analyze costs from various agents as needed. Assist with the ocean pricing as needed. Responsible for pricing of all international RFQ's, charters, and government bids. Analyze the provided bid document, deconstruct, if needed, for reconstruction of final bid with mark up. When needed, provide an analysis/comparison of current to previous bids. Other duties as advised by management. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: Experienced with Pricing International Airfreight. Both import and export.
