Full Job Description

Toro Tomah is hiring Paint Associates Starting Wage: $20.53 per hour 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, with overtime when needed. We provide training to support your career in manufacturing, with unlimited growth potential. Prepare and hang parts, components, or assemblies on paint line rack or fixtures according to specifications Ensure proper spacing, balance, and alignment of parts for optimal coating coverage Mask or plug surfaces as required to protect areas from paint. Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality before hanging Assist with loading and unloading the paint line and organizing workflow. Inspect parts for cleanliness, damage, defects, before and after painting. Maintain work area cleanliness and follow safety procedures Report any issues, shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors. What Do You Need? High school diploma or GED, required. Prior experience in manufacturing or related industry, preferred. Read and comprehend procedures, operator and safety manuals, etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills General computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate MS Office and other company systems.
