Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The Senior Manager, Real Estate Tenant Leasing, this role is responsible for managing a business portfolio with a strong emphasis on business development. As the primary liaison between tenants and Walmart, this role ensures effective communication and collaboration to support long-term success. The Senior Manager will negotiate property uses, ensure compliance with lease terms, and manage tenant accounts. This position specifically supports the Business Unit (BU), working closely with internal and external partners to advance strategic business objectives, oversee deal negotiations, and ensure compliance to uphold Walmarts reputation and enhance the customer experience. About the team: The team delivers strategic leasing solutions that create value for customers, associates, and communities while maintaining a competitive advantage. They manage a broad real estate portfolio, overseeing site selection and negotiations. Collaborating with internal and external partners, the team ensures compliance and fosters strong relationships. They support continuous improvement, provide leadership development, and uphold high standards of integrity and ethics. What you'll do: Lead business development initiatives to grow and expand the tenant leasing portfolio. Manage and optimize a portfolio of tenant relationships and business opportunities. Negotiate property uses and lease terms to maximize value and minimize risk. Ensure compliance with all lease agreements and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support business unit goals. Conduct market analysis and research to inform business strategy and identify emerging trends. Promote Walmarts brand and enhance the overall customer experience. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior leadership. What you'll bring: Experience in real estate management and business development. Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities. Strong understanding of compliance strategies, risk mitigation, and industry best practices. Commitment to company values, ethics, and continuous improvement. A Juris Doctorate or degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
