The ideal candidate brings a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will play a key role in system design, development, deployment, and mentoring team members, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot. Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Architect microservices and RESTful APIs for high-performance systems. Lead code reviews and technical design sessions. Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards. Document architecture decisions and development guidelines. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of engineering excellence. Required Skills & Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. 8+ years of experience in software development, with strong focus on Java Spring Boot and React JS. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Familiarity with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Terraform. Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and design patterns. Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in supply chain or warehouse systems is a plus. Location: Charlotte, NC Starting Salary: $105,000 - $113,000 USD* Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.
