Through ACC GROW, Austin Community College students learn, apply, and strengthen these real-world essential job skills, then move on to expand their digital fluency and polish their professionalism. Students who move through the entire process (to ACC GROW Associate III) evolve professionally, have increased earning potential, and are better prepared to meet the contemporary demands of Central Texas employers. The ACC GROW Associate III position requires demonstrated knowledge and application of the eight core career competencies and mastery of relevant digital fluency skills as determined by ACC GROW Review Team. In addition, the ACC GROW Associate III is engaged in a specialized employment preparation curriculum such as ACCs Continuing Education course, Strategies for Todays Jobs, or another suitable alternative as agreed upon by the ACC GROW Review Team.
