This role ensures quality care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and facility regulations while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Supervise and support CNAs on shift Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately Maintain accurate documentation and nursing notes Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Communicate with physicians, residents, and family members regarding care Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Qualifications Current California LVN license in good standing CPR certification required Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required Strong teamwork and communication skills Compassion for the geriatric population Physical Requirements This position requires standing, walking, lifting, and assisting residents throughout the shift.
