As a Process Engineer, a typical day will include the following: Design, document, and 3D-print simple mechanical tools and fixtures. Update 2D factory layouts in AutoCAD; provide production flow best practice feedback. Support time studies, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and productivity metrics. Assist with equipment selection and validation to support increased automation. Assist with improvement projects using Jira, Confluence, and project management skills. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. Understand. Create. Simplify. Other duties as assigned. Two years' experience in process development in a related world class manufacturing company. Ability to lead a cross functional team. Ability to influence others and reach consensus. Salary Range Data: We anticipate filling this position as a Process Engineer: $66,800 - $104,600 per year. Associate Process Engineer: $58,200 - $91,200 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
