With locations in 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners Were looking for a handson Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead a team of Inspectors and Leads in ensuring product conformity, documentation accuracy, and strong alignment with production. This role blends team leadership, quality system oversight, and continuous improvement in a fastpaced aerospace manufacturing environment. Primary Role and Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop Inspectors and Leads. Ensure inspections, NCRs, and documentation meet AS9100, FAA, and customer requirements. Coordinate daily inspection priorities with Production. Support problemsolving, escalations, and technical questions on the floor. Track quality KPIs such as NCR accuracy, firstpass yield, cycle time, and defect escape rates. Partner with Quality Engineering and Production to drive process improvements. Apply Lean tools (5S, standard work, waste reduction) to improve flow and accuracy. What you need to have 35+ years in quality inspection or aerospace/regulated manufacturing. Leadership or leadlevel experience preferred. Strong knowledge of AS9100 and FAA requirements. Experience with Lean/CI tools and KPIdriven performance. Excellent communication, documentation, and problemsolving skills. Information related to the position: The compensation range is $75,000 to 85,000 base salary.
