You will handle the filing, retrieving, and updating of medical charts in compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities Maintain, organize, and update patient medical records. Ensure all charts are complete and accurate. Process requests for medical records from authorized parties. Audit files regularly for regulatory compliance. Input data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Assist nursing and administrative staff with clerical duties. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in medical records or healthcare administration preferred. Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
