Develop and/or supports analytical and data visualization solutions using business intelligence, reporting, and analytical software (such as R, Python, and database tools) for scientific and business applications within a defined project scope. Develop ongoing knowledge of trends, standard processes, and new developments in analytics, data analysis, or data visualization. Qualifications and Skills Essential: Bachelors (or undergraduate) degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Data Management, quantitative, or business domain), or demonstrable equivalent experience; Demonstrated experience performing data analysis, including requirements definition, identification of critical data elements, setting data quality criteria, and drawing/presenting conclusions to partners; Familiarity with data analytic and visualization tools (such as R, Python, and databases); Strong written and verbal communication and consultancy skills. Desirable: Post-graduate degree or advanced study in IT, Data Management, or a quantitative/scientific field, or equivalent; Experience in life sciences and healthcare; Experience working in a complex, global organization. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $93,868.00 - $140,802.00 USD Annual. Annual and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program.
