Procurement Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Procurement/Factory Integrator to join our 767 team in Everett, Washington. Exciting opportunity to join a high performing supply chain team, working inside the factory integrating directly with operations, coordinating with Supplier Management and direct supplier engagement. This role will have direct impact on how supply chain can support the production system by mitigating risks, managing recoveries, taking the lead in problem solving and communication. The 767 Program Supply Chain team's ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to build positive relationships across teams and suppliers. They will excel in negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making to support supply chain and production goals. The candidate will ideally have expertise in process management and measurement, deep knowledge of the production process, procurement process and the ability to streamline workflows while monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Position Responsibilities: Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators. Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements. Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators. Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities. Leads cross-functional process management activities. Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action. Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory support environment 4+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes. 3+ years of experience in leading or managing cross-functional projects. 3+ years of experience with data analysis. 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience): Level 4: 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory support environment. 4+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 4+ years of experience leading or managing projects, teams, and vendors in a factory/manufacturing environment.
