Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. Job Description Production Shift Supervisor Mesquite, TX / On-Site 2nd Shift: Monday- Friday 3:00p- 11:30p Join H.B. Fuller as a Production Shift Supervisor, where youll lead a team in delivering safe, high-quality, and efficient manufacturing operations. This role is pivotal in driving performance, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring smooth shift transitions. Youll collaborate across departments to uphold standards and support team development. Primary Responsibilities Lead and coach production staff to meet performance goals Monitor and report production metrics, downtime, and shift handoffs Support operators in resolving daily production challenges Enforce safety, quality, and operational standards Partner with HR on performance documentation and recognition Identify and address safety and environmental concerns Drive continuous improvement initiatives Support production planning and execution Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree or High School diploma with 4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated problem-solving and data analysis capabilities Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed Preferred Requirements Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles Working knowledge of Adage or SAP systems Proven success in improving on-time delivery performance Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 based on experience. In addition to your salary, H.B.
