SHIFT AVAILABLE: 2-2-3 12-hour Straight Nights, 7:00-7:00! Every other weekend off! STARTING PAY: $20.09/hour + Plus $1.25/hour night shift premium! BENEFITS: - Benefits Day 1: Medical, Dental, Vision! - Retirement: 401(k) match up to 8% - Referral Bonus: up to $2,000! - Training & Education: Tuition Reimbursement WHAT PRESS ASSISTANTS GET TO DO Prepare inks, substrates, plates, cylinders, gears, etc. for scheduled job. Assist Press Operator in monitoring the product to ensure quality. Knowledge and ability to perform make-readies. Participate in the operation of the press with the ability to operate if needed. Order, Charge, and Return raw materials to each job as needed. Complete necessary daily paperwork. Complete 5S/housekeeping logs. Follow and be held accountable for adherence to all of the company policies and procedures as they are outlined and defined. Remove and identify all scrap except flying splices before master rolls get moved to WIP area All other duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor and/or Management WHAT WE VALUE Passion for Safety and following Safety Procedures Passion for Quality and meeting Customer Specifications Must have a positive attitude that promotes the High Performance Culture Fully aligned with the Core Values Initiative identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked to or required by the situation A team player with good communications skills and the ability to work independently WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability read, understand, and follow customer specifications Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
