What you'll do: Lead strategic partnerships with site leadership to drive end-to-end improvements within the Distribution Center. Manage and balance workloads of Process Quality Engineers to support network and site-specific projects. Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control to eliminate losses and sustain standards. Support Daily Management System reviews by analyzing performance data and implementing corrective actions. Drive execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, removing barriers, and adjusting performance metrics. Supervise, mentor, and develop associates to build high-performing teams aligned with company values. Ensure compliance with policies, promote ethical standards, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning. The annual salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $192,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
