Conduct audits and maintain accurate financial records, including payment processing and performance reporting Partner with leadership on initiatives to promote hotel services and improve operational efficiency Respond to emergencies with professionalism, ensuring guest and team safety Regular attendance in conformance with standards May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings Perform other duties as assigne Your Qualifications Include: Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience required Minimum of two years guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred Minimum one-year guest service leadership role preferred Experience with previous Property Management System, preferred Opera System Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a hotel setting preferred Ability to stand for long periods of time required Who Youll Supervise: Front Desk Team Guest Services Team Salary range for this position, based on experience, is $48,000.00 to $60,000.00.
