As an Assistant Manager Last Mile Operations, you will play a critical role supporting site leadership and ensuring seamless day-to-day execution. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will act as a trusted partner to the Site Manager and step in to lead operations independently when needed. Role Summary In this role, you will serve as the Site Managers right hand, owning the second shift operation and ensuring smooth execution across delivery returns, customer service, and team performance. You will lead with confidence, manage escalations, and maintain operational excellenceespecially during end-of-day processes when drivers return and key logistics activities take place.
