Role summary: The (USA) Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting leadership by managing complex calendars, coordinating business events, and facilitating communication across teams. This position requires expertise in administrative support, travel arrangements, and expense management while maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing competing demands. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver timely solutions, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring efficient office operations. The Executive Assistant contributes to organizational success by anticipating needs, resolving issues proactively, and upholding company values with professionalism and integrity. About the team: The Security Operations team at Walmart safeguards the company against evolving cybersecurity threats by integrating operations, incident response, threat detection, offensive security, and AI-enabled capabilities. Operating globally, the team collaborates across technology, business, and security functions to protect Walmarts associates, customers, and critical operations. This dynamic environment requires strong judgment, effective communication, collaboration, innovation, and execution to identify risks early, respond swiftly, and continuously enhance security measures. What you'll do: Coordinate and schedule projects, events, and meetings by researching options, managing timelines, and organizing resources efficiently. Manage calendar activities for leadership, prioritizing appointments and anticipating preparation needs with minimal supervision. Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of leadership, ensuring clarity and timely follow-up. Process and reconcile expense reports and invoices, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Serve as a liaison for associates and guests, providing administrative support and resolving requests promptly. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support business needs and continuous improvement. What you'll bring: Proven experience in calendar management and administrative support for senior leadership. Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate complex schedules and business-related events. Proficiency in managing travel arrangements, expense reports, and office administration tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to draft, edit, and manage correspondence on behalf of leadership. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security. Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Aptitude for prioritizing requests and managing multiple competing demands efficiently. The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
