Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to lead the next evolution of FLIRs Channel Partner ecosystem. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong communication, training, and program building capabilities. The Senior Sales Engineer will design and launch a formal Channel Partner Activation Program, deliver high impact training to integrators, support complex presales engagements, and ensure partners are fully enabled to specify, deploy, and support FLIRs solutions. This position plays a pivotal role in scaling our reach through partners, accelerating revenue growth, and ensuring consistent technical excellence across the channel. Travel is required for partner onsite trainings, events, and field deployments. What You Will Do: Architect, launch, and continuously improve a formal FLIR Channel Partner Activation & Success Program. Define partner tiers, certification paths, training curricula, onboarding processes, and reporting structures. Build technical content including labs, playbooks, deployment guides, and best practices. Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to align program messaging and partner requirements. Deliver technical product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of the product or solution. Track partner deployment quality and escalate systemic issues with corrective recommendations. Drive usage, adoption, and satisfaction for customers served through channel partners. Engage directly with customers to understand their technical requirements, pain points, and challenges, and provide guidance on how the product or solution can address these needs. Develop and deliver POCs to demonstrate the product's capabilities and showcase its potential to meet customer requirements. Collaborate with customers to design and propose solutions that meet their technical and business requirements. Stay up-to-date with competitor products and solutions, and provide technical comparisons to help customers make informed decisions. Provide support to the sales team, including responding to technical questions, providing product information, and helping to develop sales strategies. Provide feedback to the product management team on customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activity. What You Need: Strong technical knowledge of the relevant industries. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Impeccable customer-facing skills, with the ability to build relationships and understand customer needs. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer challenges and develop creative solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results. Must be willing to travel 40% or more. Salary Range: $103,900.00-$138,500.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
