About the Role As a Senior UX Researcher I, you will lead research for AIpowered legal product experiences and strategic innovation initiatives. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering partners, engage directly with legal professionals, and translate complex research findings into clear guidance that shapes product direction. This role offers the opportunity to influence AIenabled experiences while mentoring researchers and advancing best practices. Responsibilities Lead complex, multimethod UX research initiatives across AIenabled product areas Plan and execute generative, evaluative, and strategic research studies Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and AI practitioners to inform product strategy and experiences Conduct rapid discovery research in fastmoving product development environments Engage directly with customers and legal professionals to understand workflows, behaviors, and unmet needs Translate research insights into actionable product and business recommendations Use analytics, behavioral data, and AIassisted tools to support synthesis and insight generation Mentor and guide researchers on methods, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement Requirements Strong experience conducting endtoend UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods Experience independently leading complex research initiatives from planning through communication Demonstrated experience conducting generative and discovery research Handson experience using Generative AI tools to support research workflows or analysis Ability to synthesize ambiguity into clear, strategic guidance Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, and datafocused teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in fastpaced environments with minimal oversight Work in a Way that Works for You We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
