Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field plus 2 years of experience in data analytics or related field. Skills required: Must have experience with: Building data quality assessment framework and measurement of critical data elements against DQ standards and acceptable thresholds; Developing data profiling solutions, running analysis jobs and view results, and creating and managing data quality controls using data quality tools; Data Quality concepts and practices for profiling, quantifying, and managing data quality; Business rules descriptions, defining detailed business rules logic by asking business partners the right questions; Data Extraction and Transformation; Dashboard generation; Collaboration with teams and developing solutions; User Access Permissions; Querying and analysis; Data Governance; Row-level security in reports; SQLStoreprocs Development and Optimization; SSRS Reporting Process; SSIS ETL with Visual Studio; and Power Query and Power Automate.
