Independently contribute to Quality System processes which may include training, corrective action and preventive action activities, product and process planning, quality audits, risk management, and post market surveillance. What Youll Work On : Maintain post market surveillance trending process Determine quality attributes and requirements. Independently utilize quality management techniques (Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessments, and Statistical Analysis) to perform investigations, facilitate solutions, and measure effectiveness. Responsible for independently completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business standards. Participate on cross-functional teams. Understand and comply with applicable regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines. Works under general supervision of more experienced staff who review results for overall accuracy, completeness and sound judgment Identifies and quantifies technical risks and their consequences relative to the success of part of a project; recommends appropriate action; decisions or recommendations would typically achieve department / project objectives Drives functional performance to ensure that cross-functional standards and expectations are met; may assist in the training of personnel as directed by management Ability or aptitude to work on problems of moderate scope; demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills; critical-thinking skills; Ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships; display socially and professionally appropriate behavior Ability to work independently and in groups; ability to work cross-functionally Ability or aptitude to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action Ability or aptitude to use various types of databases and other computer software Ability or aptitude to provide solutions and contingency plans through the comprehensive review of alternatives Ability to quickly gain knowledge, understanding or skills and is willing to learn. Required Qualifications: Bachelor level degree in Engineering or Technical Field 2-5 years experience Solid communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred. Ability to work in a highly matrix and geographically diverse business environment. Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects. Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner. Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
