Job Description Position Summary Leads the companys corporate travel program, ensuring cost efficiency, policy compliance, traveler experience, and alignment with dutyofcare standards. Manages vendors, travel governance, and crossfunctional partnerships with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Security. Key Responsibilities Manage the endtoend corporate travel program (air, hotel, ground transportation, and related services) Develop, enforce, and govern corporate travel policies Negotiate and manage airline, hotel, and travel management company (TMC) relationships Oversee travel budget, reporting, and executivelevel insights Serve as escalation point for complex travel issues and disruptions Partner with Security to support dutyofcare requirements, traveler tracking, and incident coordination Collaborate crossfunctionally to align travel operations with business and riskmanagement objectives Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of corporate travel or enterprise services management experience Proven vendor negotiation and contract management experience Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally. Strong understanding of travel operations, policy governance, and stakeholder engagement Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting global or multiregion travel programs Experience partnering with Security or Risk Management teams Familiarity with travel management, expense, and travelertracking systems Global Travel Professional (GTP) or similar credential Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese Base Pay $100,000.00 - $118,000.00 USD Annual Bonus: 25% - 40% The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills. In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
