To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Data Auditor in our Ground Handling Department. The primary responsibility of the position is the daily handling and processing of internally controlled, accountable station documents. The Data Auditor will maintain logs of accountable documents used, agent discrepancies, and E-Vouchers. They also conduct various station audits and provide performance reports to management. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a front-line customer service provider as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. This position will report to the Department Manager, Customer Care. Essential Duties: Conduct station closeout procedures Reconcile passenger refund checks, Flight Interruption Manifests (FIMs), and Agent Closeouts (ACO) Identify and provide follow up on discrepancies Order and stock necessary supplies and documents Maintain and update the Internal Controls Manual (ICM) Research Department of Transportation (DOT) complaints Assist agents/manager with oversold and downgraded flights Job Qualifications and Competencies: Prior experience as a front-line customer service provider Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Successful completion of required training courses Preferred Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of QIK/Sabre Completion of ICM training Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task Work Environment: Standard office environment, use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment Airport terminal environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds The above statements provide a brief description of the general nature of work performed and are not intended to be a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required for this position.
